I’ve always preferred blog posts that contain lots of pictures as I feel like I get to know the blogger a bit better. Lately however I’ve been really loving vlogs.
I subscribe to a few vloggers on Youtube and watch lots of my favourite bloggers videos, but I never thought I’d do them myself. Firstly I didn’t feel confident enough to talk on camera. I’ve always thought I sound like a boy on recordings and I say ‘umm’ too much. Secondly I actually had no idea how to do it, would I use my phone, laptop, or Pete’s camera? How the f was I suppose to edit them? Would anyone actually want to watch?
Well after a lot of retakes, some very supportive words from fellow bloggers, and a bit of technical googling, I plucked up the courage to post our first vlog … and here it is!
Please do subscribe, like or comment if you like it, or even if you don’t – we’d love to hear your thoughts 🙂
Thanks for reading/watching! xxx

16th May 2014 at 6:52 amHi!
I also love a photo heavy blog post. It’s nice to get an feel of the person who is blogging; I get more of a connection with them.
Well done on your first vlog post. I hate the sound of my voice too. In my head I sound fairly normal but when I hear a recording of myself it’s like an episode of Byker Grove!!

16th May 2014 at 8:15 amI started vlogging a few weeks ago, it is a bit nerve wracking and I say ‘erm’ way too much! Lol. But I see my baby vlogs as memories for the future too, they will always be something to look back on 🙂
Great first vlog x #binkylinky
