The Suits

It’s been a while since I’ve posted about our wedding, I think it took over for a long time and I thought it would be nice to put it on the backseat and post every so often rather than bombard you all with wedding spam.

Well today I’m bringing you The Suits. Pete knew straight away that he didn’t want to wear a top hat and tails, that’s not him and it’s not the look we wanted for our wedding. We wanted the suits to be like the rest of our theme, casual and summery.

He decided early on he wanted to go of a colour and we umm-ed and ahh-ed over green and blue for quite a while, eventually deciding that blue would go perfectly with the coral flowers and bridesmaids dresses. I of course took to Pinterest and just loved the look of a bright blue suit against an ivory lace dress and knew Pete would suit that colour perfectly!

After much browsing he found the Azure Blue Suit from Moss Bross which was the perfect shade of blue and just his style. All of the men wore the same, his best man (his dad), my dad and his three ushers. Pete&Jess-471

We brought in the colour scheme with coral ties from Moss Bross and the men wore their own brown shoes. To stand out from the others Pete at the last minute bought his amazing coral shoes from ASOS and decided to go for a navy tie from Knightsbridge Neckwear .

Even though I’d seen the suits on the hanger I hadn’t actually seen the whole outfits put together and I think Pete and his men looked so handsome. I’d definitely recommend browsing different shops to put outfits together as not only can you find some bargains but you can bring a bit more individuality to the suits.

Thanks for reading!
