#LeaveYourLegacy – 4 goals to a better me

Oh hello October, where the heck did you come from!? Anyone else think that this month has just crept right up on us? My baby is 5 months old, I’m in our new house and Christmas is just around the corner (yep I’m that annoying person!).
It’s so easy to think that now the evenings are getting darker, bikini weather has gone and feasting on turkey will soon commence we may as well throw the towel in and give up on our personal goals.

Well I disagree. Since having Jasper I’ve kept saying tomorrow. Tomorrow I’ll start exercising, tomorrow I’ll eat healthily, tomorrow I’ll complete my to-do lists. Well tomorrow can bugger off!

It’s the 1st of October and I’ve teamed up with Legacy sportswear to work on a better version of me with their #LeaveYourLegacy campaign.

I may not be a professional athlete or a fitness freak but I know that I can certainly be the best version of myself and that’s what I want Jasper to see.

Dressed in my new Legacy sportswear clobber (below) I’ll be working on the following goals:

1- Complete the 30 day squat challenge
I will get my butt back since having Jaspy!

2- Get some fresh air every day. It’s so easy to have a pj day but going out and getting fresh air can really make all the difference to my mood. Whether it’s playing in the garden, feeding the horses or going for a walk, I’ll be outside clearing my head and lungs.

3- Drink plenty of water I could go hours without having a single drink, it’s terrible. We are blessed with fresh running water and I know how much better I feel when I’m fully hydrated.

4- Be kind Inspired by my good friend Hannah from First Time Mummy, and instagramer Beauty and the Blog – I want to up my kindness. I have been focusing so much on positivity, considering others that I don’t even know and raising my friends up not putting them down. I want this to be natural not thought about or pushed.

To be fair it was down to losing my entire appetite after the c section. I think I ate about 3 croissants in 2 weeks and that was it!!! Appetite is back and so is the Weight so I’m looking forward to getting fit again!!

Thanks so much lovely! I’m terrible for drinking water, I really need to remind myself. My hubby even set a daily reminder on my phone and I think you can download an app that regularly tells you!

The squat challenge is definitely … challenging, I’m having to catch up on squats some days but it’s so worth it!

Good luck with your challenge 🙂 xx
