HydrateM8 Giveaway

Up there with Joe Wicks Lean in 15 and Fitbits you may have seen another craze flooding the social feeds of health pros and novices alike – HydrateM8. I first saw this on my vloggy chum Mrs Meldrums Instagram feed and just like when you buy a new car and then suddenly see it on every road; I was seeing these beauties everywhere!

HydrateM8 are a health and wellness brand who have created a wonderful way to keep your hydration levels in check. I know I’m not the only one who struggles to drink enough water every day, 2 litres seems like a HUGE amount and even on the days that I think I’m doing well, I slowly lose track of how much I’ve had and end up slowing my water intake right down and realising I’ve only actually drank half the recommended amount.

HydrateM8 is a water bottle, plain and simple. It doesn’t chase after you and jump in your mouth, it doesn’t set off an alarm when it senses your dehydration – it’s simply a water bottle with the most simple yet effective design. On the side of the bottle is an interactive chart which allows you to monitor your water intake daily in a gradual and consistent way. You’re not supposed to just down your 2 litres in the morning, it should be little and often and the HydrateM8 shows you when you should be drinking and when to refill making sure that you end your day on the right amount.DSC08978

The design makes drinking water really easy too. I love drinking from a straw, it’s easier than a screw top or one that you have to pull out with your hands or teeth and it pops away so that your water won’t spill on the go. It has a handy little handle too to make carrying it around or hanging it on a buggy hook or hook at the gym easy peasy!

They come in a range of colours in both adult and kids sizes and after frequently trying to steal mine, Jasper and Rhys finally got their own; as did Pete so we are now a converted HydrateM8 family!

If you struggle with your water intake or simply want to give one of these a go then me and the team at HydrateM8 have one up for grabs! Simply enter the rafflecopter giveaway below and the winner will get to choose from either a Blue, Purple or Pink adult bottle.

That water bottle sounds fab! I’m 30 weeks pregnant at the moment and struggle to know how much water I am actually drinking throughout the day. Great review!
