Mr Rabbit’s woodland themed nursery is finally complete and ready for you all to see …

So now I’m focusing on getting little Monkey’s jungle/circus room ready. I’m not going to show you pictures of it yet as it’s still looking a tad messy ( it’s half Pete’s office and half Rhys’s room and with Jasper’s arrival I haven’t had much time to focus on it completely… until now) It started as a jungle theme with lots of bright colours and animals and then we found an over the bed circus tent/ canopy from Ikea that we loved so we brought in the circus part too!

I really want the room to be bright and fun for Rhys and had been thinking of different ideas to make it unique when I was given the chance to review a wall vinyl from Wall Art Stickers UK.

In keeping with the theme of jungle/circus I thought that an animal vinyl would be perfect and decided to go for a giraffe print.

The vinyl arrived in speedy time in a roll up tube to keep it smooth. It came with handy instructions as well as the squeegee to press the vinyl onto the wall.

Of course I let Pete do the honours (I’m a rusher and knew I’d end up doing it too quickly and leaving bubbles or something!).

Pete’s a pro as he actually used to run a vinyl company, and made it look so easy! The application was done in minutes and he only needed to re-rub the squeegee over one part of the vinyl once to as I think he missed it the first time around! The vinyl looks fab! I’m really glad that I chose a dark shade as it stands out really well and it looks great against all of the bold colours of his jungle/ circus themed room!

It’s the perfect height for little man and he loved rubbing his hands over the giraffes spots!

Wall vinyls are a fab way of decorating any space. Their quick and simple to apply, not messy at all and when you feel like a change are easy to remove and leave no mess behind!
