This bank holiday weekend was beautifully sunny so we decided to head out and make the most of the dregs of Summer sunshine. Being on the South Coast we’re so fortunate to be a stones throw from so many gorgeous spots of beauty and one of our favourite places to visit is Hamble – our first home together and the cutest little village ever!
Firstly we stopped off at Pickwells farm for a spot of strawberry picking, the boys new favourite pastime. We managed to pick three punnets full of delicious strawberries; surprisingly as we spent most of the time stopping the boys from stuffing their faces or trying to eat too ripe or squished ones!
We then met our faves Sophie, Mike and Theo from Mumology blog for some crabbing by the river side, drinks at the pub and then back to ours for a little bbq.
The sun shone, the boys were happy and me and Pete felt like absolute #parentwinners after a successful day out with three under three and minimal meltdowns!
If you’re near the South coast definitely make a trip to Hamble, it’s seriously beautiful whatever the weather!
