One of the wonderful aspects of my job is getting to work with brands that in my pre-blogger life I knew only for their products. Getting to work with them, whether that be on a one off review or an ambassadorship program gives me the chance to learn about the brands, meet the faces behind the products and really get a feel for the passions and story that has build up these household names.
A brand that I’m currently learning so much about is Graco who create innovative baby products including strollers, carseats and home products such as swings, bouncers and travel cots; and I am so excited to announce that I am one of their Generation Graco ambassadors for 2017. This means that I will not only be trying out and testing some of their fab products suited to our family but I’ll also be sharing with you their exciting upcoming campaigns over the next few months as well as what we got up to at the Generation Graco launch event at Legoland last week!
Like I said I get to learn a lot about a brand when I work with them and quite honestly I feel like it’s essential as everything that I feature on this blog and my Youtube channel is created to give you guys my honest opinions when it comes to all thing parenting – especially reviews of products and services. One of my favourite things to learn about a brand, aside from what awesome products they have available, is how they got started. People rarely wake up and say ‘I’m going to launch a baby product brand today’; there’s always some ‘this is one for the grandkids’ kind of story and hearing that from the brand itself is literally like watching grandparents proudly tell their grandchildren how they build their family heirloom dolls house themselves – it’s so humbling to hear and gives the brand another level; they’re suddenly inspirational and relatable rather than just the people who made your pushchair.
Well with that in mind, here is Graco’s story – it’s simple and I love it!
