I mentioned in my previous post on the pros of blogging and vlogging that one of my favourite things about being in my line of work is the fab brands that I get to work with and the awesome events that they put on. One brand in particular that you many have seen me working with lately is Aveeno. They’re the brand that saved Jasper’s skin from his terrible eczema and dermatitis and we raved about them constantly before ever working with them.

I was so lucky to be able to join them late last year for a fun breakfast synopsis in London when they sponsored me to attend Blogfest. I got to learn all about their new baby range as well as speak to some of the experts and find out just why Aveeno is amazing! You can check out that blog post here and also see the fun vlog I filmed whist there.

Well I was so excited a couple of weeks back when they got in touch again to invite me to a fun baby yoga morning and I was even more excited to know that lots of my lovely mummy blog and vlog friends would be attending! Myself and my bestest chum Sarah from This Mama Life caught the train up together with Jenson and her bambino (my godson Lachlan) and we arrived at the coolest venue in Hackney called The Loft. It was bright, light and airy and oh so instagrammable!

The venue had a cool kitchen set up with Alex Hely-Hutchinson from 26 Grains as well as yoga mats in a circle all ready for us mumas and babas to get our yogi on. We all had a natter and a catch up whilst sipping on fresh juices and smoothies and then got started with our yoga session.

Jenson absolutely loved baby yoga; we did it when he was teeny and I think he remembered it as he calmed as soon as he hit the matt and apart from trying to roll over and crawl off whenever he heard his baby buddies he was pretty zen. The instructor was fb and gave us mumas a bit of a workout which was fun/ made me realise how long it’s been since I’ve exercised haha

We then got to try the most scrumptious oat dishes by Alex; a savoury one for us mumas which tasted like a risotto and then a baby bircher for the little ones – so scrumptious!

Before we knew it the event was over and it was time to head off for the preschool pick up but not before taking a look at the whole baby range collection and of course getting a snap of this gorgeous bunch of blooms!

We were already huge fans of Aveeno and had been using the baby range since the breakfast synopsis however there were a few new products we were given to try out like the Daily Care Baby Cleansing Milk and I cannot wait to see how it goes; I’ll be sharing a bit of a review on those soon!

Well yet again Aveeno put on the most refreshing and instagrammable event ever so a massive thank you for having us along!

Have you tried Aveeno? If you or your little one has sensitive skin I would highly recommend it, it’s our favourite of all time!
