Even though bambino is already here I really wanted to share with you some of my favourite maternity brands that saw me through my pregnancy journey. I was so gutted to only come across them nearer the later stages so I never got much time to wear them, however they got a lot of use and I know will go to a good bump loving home!

I’ve previously reviewed various ASOS.com pieces and also the wonderful BAE, Just Polly London and Next Maternity ranges so do check those out if you’re looking for a bit of a maternity wardrobe spree! I also film a look book video featuring all of the brands so check that out at the end of the post!

Firstly, let’s talk about this awesome #pregs tee. It’s from the independent brand Cameron Blake Apparel and was just the comfiest thing I LIVED in throughout pregnancy. It didn’t come knotted but I added that for a little bit of interest on days when I was going out in baggy bottoms too. I wore it on date nights with leather look leggings and on the nursery run with slouchy yoga pants and despite being white, and me being the mother of a toddler, it still looks pristine! I first saw the top on a pregnant instagrammers page, checked the tags, sourced it to a pregnancy magazines instagram page who had luckily tagged the brand Cameron Blake. It was only available to ship within the US but I got in touch with the lovely owner who super kindly changed her shipping policy for me to be able to order just days before she was due to give birth herself!

I love shopping small brands as you just know the care that’s gone into every detail from the actual product to the packaging and the amazing service! She also creates gorgeous #toddlife tees for you little ones and#Momvibes for those post pregnancy days where your missing you #pregs tee!

Next up I’d like to introduce you to Angel Maternity; originally an Aussie brand founded by a pregnant muma who struggled to find maternity clothing that she loved.  It has since spread is wings and is now available in the UK too, ran by a wonderful team of British mums (and one dad) in the stunning Cotswolds.

Angel Maternity is all about comfort and style, with bold pops of colour and simple yet effective cuts. They host a range of products to suit day to night, office to park dates and are really reasonably priced too! We’ve teamed up on a little collaboration to share with you a coupe of their top sellers … ready?

The first item they sent over, which I have gotten so much use out of are these COMFORTABLE MATERNITY HAREM TROUSERS RRP £29

We all know how ‘in’ palm leaves were this Summer so I was really excited to receive these. They feature a wide stretch waist band to wear over or under your bump however with the size of my bump they didn’t quite got over and ended up slipping down a little so I just wore them under my bump. They’re really lightweight so perfect for hot days and would be lovely jazzed up with a dark vest, statement necklace and jewelled sandals for a date night or dressed down with a white tee and barefoot for around the house!

They then sent over this OLIVIA NAVY AND WHITE MATERNITY DRESS RRP £39

Now this is definitely a dress that I had to try on to decide what I thought. I will admit when I first saw it, as gorgeous as the print is I didn’t think it would be my style as I tend to wear more body con dresses or maxi’s; however I do love how it falls off my bump. The detachable tie belt can sit on the side, front or back and I think it looks super cute just to the side. Unfortunately I didn’t get much use out of it as I saw it as more of a ‘casual office’ dress and as I work from home I didn’t really have any suitable chances to wear it, but it would look lovely for an afternoon tea, lunch date or other ‘lady-like occasion’.

Definitely go ahead and check out Cameron Blake Apparel and Angel Maternity to see their other gorgeous pregnancy and beyond pieces and do let me know in the comments what you find! I now have to live my pregnancy life through others as I’m onto the newborn phase and oh so missing my bump!

Thanks for reading,
