A bow tied bump

Today is Petes 25th Birthday and amongst the pancake breakfast and present opening we’ve been reflecting back on the past year. It’s been an absolute whirlwind bringing Jaspy into the world and we realised just how lucky we were to even do this silly act of tieing a ribbon around my bump for Pete.

We also realise how extremely lucky we are to be able to sit around the table, celebrating birthdays with our gorgeous bambino!

Writing out a card from the boys (I mean, letting the boys write it of course!) felt so special and put such a smile on Petes face.

We are so lucky to have been able to conceive so easily but we also appreciate that for many it’s not so easy. I’ve teamed up with Pregnancy Tips who help women all over the world to have that special gift of conceiving; I really hope that if you’re trying to conceive, you find this useful and even life changing!

Are you ready for a baby?

Are you taking the next step into growing your own family? Do you think that you are ready to begin the most exciting adventure of pregnancy?

Pregnancy is a very special moment especially if this is the first time you are trying to conceive. It will be very overwhelming, time consuming, and emotionally draining at times.

When you finally decide that you are ready to have a baby, you will probably want to conceive as fast as possible. You will always wonder how long it would take for you to finally get pregnant.

Most women are easily concerned on why after 3-6 months of trying, they are still not pregnant yet. There are many things a couple can do to improve their chances of getting pregnant quickly.

According to Pregnancytips.org, some of these techniques include the appropriate diet to conceive, knowledge of the ovulation cycle, and of course the assisted reproductive technology procedures.

Please do head over to their website if you and your partner are trying for a baby, if also love to follow your journeys so feel free to leave links below in the comments!

Our little man was an accident, but I know so many people that have had trouble conceiving and I can’t imagine how exhausting and what a difficult time it must be for them. x

So was Jaspy, I definitely take for granted how easy it was to have him here; I know so many who spend years and thousands of pounds for a little bambino; it really brings a lot of perspective!
